Is it possible transfer a video from one YouTube channel to another ?

I have a video in my old YouTube channel which was uploaded few years ago. It has got good views and comments. I would like to move this video to another new channel I recently created. One option is to download the video, upload to new channel and delete the old one. But I will lose all the views and comments I received. You can’t merge or link separate YouTube channels or automatically transfer data from one channel to another. YouTube does not allowed this feature till today, January, 2017.

However, you can manually re-upload your videos to a different channel that you manage. Watch time and other metrics will start over for any new uploads.

Download your videos from your own channel.
Upload the videos to a different channel.
Close your old YouTube account.

Download your own YouTube videos

You can always download MP4 files of videos that you've uploaded. YouTube Red members can save videos to view offline on their mobile device from the YouTube app.

Using a computer, sign in to your YouTube account.
Go to Creator Studio > Video Manager > Videos.
Next to the video you want to download, select Download MP4 from the drop-down menu.

Upload videos

You can upload videos to YouTube in a few easy steps. Use the instructions below to upload your videos from a computer or from a mobile device.

Sign into your YouTube account.
Click on Upload at the top of the page.
Before you start uploading the video you can chose the video privacy settings.
Select the video you'd like to upload from your computer. You can also create a video slideshow or import a video from Google Photos.
As the video is uploading you can edit both the basic information and the advanced settings of the video, and decide if you want to notify subscribers (if you uncheck this option no communication will be shared with your subscribers). Partners will also be able to adjust their Monetization settings.
Click Publish to finish uploading a public video to YouTube. If you set the video privacy setting to Private or Unlisted, just click Done to finish the upload or click Share to privately share your video.
If you haven’t clicked Publish, your video won’t be viewable by other people. You can always publish your video at a later time in your Video Manager.

Delete your YouTube channel

Closing your YouTube channel will permanently delete your content, including videos, comments, messages, playlists, and history. Note that you can't delete a channel on mobile devices right now.

Follow these steps to delete your YouTube channel:

On a computer, make sure you're signed in to YouTube with the channel you want to delete.
Go to your advanced account settings. You can get to advanced account settings at any time by following these steps:

In the top right, click your account > YouTube settings .
Under "Account settings," select Overview.
Under the channel's name, select Advanced.

At the bottom, select Delete channel.
When prompted, enter your sign-in details and confirm that you want to permanently delete your channel and all of its contents.
